At VitaminSeaWatersports TCI, we strive to provide the best watercraft experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund policy below:
Cancellations by Customers:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations by VitaminSeaWatersports TCI:
- If we need to cancel an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No-Shows:
- Customers who do not show up for their scheduled activity without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
